Photography Policy

The Neverenuf Garden Railway encourages visitors to take photographs or videos in NeverEnuf. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we enforce the guidelines as given below. Railmodelling Trust reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph in the premises of NeverEnuf.

Personal & Educational Photography Policy

Photography is permitted for personal, educational, non-commercial use only. Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Personal use implies:

• Sharing with family and friends
• Posting to personal web pages, blogs or other non-commercial websites
• Posting to social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Sharing through creative forums (Flickr, etc.)
Educational use includes:
• Any student use in assignments or projects (barring portfolio).
• Any instructional use in the classroom (lectures, handouts, presentations)
• Research (but not publication)

Pohotgraphy Policy

Subject to prior approval, members of the press may photograph or film within designated areas of NeverEnuf for the purpose of news coverage that includes NeverEnuf as the subject.
Charges apply for all filming and photography intended for commercial purposes. Site fees are also charged for using Neverenuf as a setting for other projects that are not considered personal snapshots or editorial coverage by the press. Professional use includes: • Scientific / academic / hobby oriented publications
• Any print media (newspaper, magazine, books, including textbooks, irrespective of the print-run)
• Any electronic media (TV, radio, film)
• Any commercial or for-profit website (including Flickr page of a professional photographer, etc.)
• Public display (advertisements, etc.)
Neverenuf Garden Railway reserves the right to approve the final content for anything in which NeverEnuf or its properties will appear, either by name or by visual representation. For books, videos, films or other projects, Neverenuf Garden Railway must be provided full details of any script or other accompanying information for review prior to approval. Neverenuf Garden Railway reserves the right to decline any request for any reason, including any project that members believe could reflect negatively.
With respect to any photographs taken at NeverEnuf, the Railmodelling Trust makes no representations or warranties concerning the subject matter of such photographs. To the extent such photography incorporates the likenesses of individuals or depicts copyrighted materials, the photographer shall have sole responsibility for obtaining any necessary releases or consents to use such likenesses or materials.
